* Once you are fully bonded/ an equity member, you will own a percentage of the pool. Collectively all equity members are part owners of the pool club.
An Equity member is an individual who has made a financial commitment to the club by purchasing a bond. This bond titles them to a percentage of the club's property should it ever dissolve. If a member decides to leave the club, their bond will be returned upon written request, placed on a waiting list until a new equity member joins. This ensures that the club remains financially stable while honoring the member's investment.
