* Once you are fully bonded, you will own a percentage of the pool.  Collectively all bonded members are part owners of the pool club.​ 
A bonded member is an individual who has made a financial commitment to the club by purchasing a bond. This bond titles them to a percentage of the club's property should it ever dissolve. If a member decides to leave the club, their bond will be returned upon written request, but they will be placed on a waiting list to retrieve it. This ensures that the club remains financially stable while honoring the member's investment.
