• Family Membership requires one-time $600 Bond

  • Bond payment can be broken up to 3 years.​

    • 1-time payment of $600

    • 2-year payment of $300- * You are not a bonded member until full bond is received.​

    • 3-year payment of $200- * You are not a bonded member until full bond is received.​

 

* Bonded Member Status:
A member is not considered a “Bonded Member” until the full $600 Bond has been paid and received by the Club.

* Partial Bond Payments / Vesting:
Partial Bond payments do not confer Bonded Member status, ownership interest, or any rights associated with being a Bonded Member.
If a member terminates membership before the full Bond is paid, any Bond payments made to date are non-refundable.

 

What is a bond? A bonded member is an individual who has made a financial commitment to the club by purchasing a bond. This bond titles them to a percentage of the club's property should it ever dissolve. If a member decides to leave the club, their bond will be returned upon written request, but they will be placed on a waiting list to retrieve it. This ensures that the club remains financially stable while honoring the member's investment.
