Come RUN, Come all

Come join us in the 10th annual “Run for Danielle 5K” on Sunday, June 23, 2019, 8:30 a.m., in Bridgewater.

Held in memory of Danielle Fedortion, a Bridgewater resident and Glen Ridge Swim Team member who died at the young age of 12, the run has benefited local charities and organizations, including Life Skills & Cheergram (BRHS programs), Green Knoll Rescue Squad, Meters for Mike, and Make-a-Wish of NJ, Peak Potential, St. Baldrick's, Ahimovic Family Fund, animal shelters, contributing over $20,000 since inception.

The 5K run offers fun for all including door prizes and awards for top finishers of various age groups.  The course starts and ends on Thruway Drive and is a certified, generally flat course good for all levels of runners and walkers.

Following the run, the Glen Ridge Swim Club will be holding the 18th annual swim-a-thon and basket auction, which benefit the Bridgewater-Raritan High School Scholarship Fund in Danielle’s name.  This fund has generously awarded over $50,000 in scholarships to seniors.
